April 11th 1990 Brother Warren R. Williams, Jr. PM Masonic Education Chairman for the 15th Masonic District was introduced and he outlined the procedures for the Masonic Education Program. He then introduced the following Brothers who read papers with titles as noted after their names:

May 9th 1990 Brother Nelson Shauffer DDGM presented a Grand lodge 50 Year Masonic Emblem to Brother Howard Gould PM
June 13th 1990 Brother Nelson Shauffer DDGM presented Grand Lodge Masonic Awareness Lapel Pins to Brother Richard Spering PM, George Fair PM, Douglas Overfield, A. Ralph Taylor PDDGM, John Moore PM, and Paul Kerr in recognition of the Masonic Education Papers which they wrote and presented at our April stated meeting. Brother Warren R. Williams Jr. PM, Masonic Education Chairman presented each of the authors a booklet entitled "Masonic Parallels with History"
Sept. 12th 1990 Brother A. Ralph Taylor PDDGM with the assistance of the Worshipful Master Robert Hawley presented 25 Year Masonic Service Emblems to Brother John W. Dean, Harry Klein, Gerald Lathrop and John Long PM
Nov. 19th 1990 Brother A. Ralph Taylor this evening conferred his 120th third degree on Brother Gary Baker.

Feb 13th 1991 Brother W. Meredith Golden III PM the Masonic Education Chairman of the 15th District, presented a plaque to the lodge recognizing Brother Richard s. Spering PM, for his achievement in winning the 1990 Statewide Masonic Education contest. Attractive certificates were also presented for each of the seven lodge members who entered the contest. Present to receive them were Brother Spering , A. Ralph Taylor PDDGM, Douglas W. Overfield, and John Moore PM. One for the late Brother Burgess L. Decker is to presented to his widow by Brother Robert L. Hawley PM Recipients not present were Brother George F. Fair PM, and Dr. Paul B. Kerr.
March 13 1991 Worshipful Master Michael A. Hinds Presented a Secretary’s Service jewel to Brother A. Ralph Taylor PDDGM in recognition of his 29 years of service.
April 10th 1991 Brother George F. Fair PM representing the Masonic Education Committee explaining the procedure to be following and appointed judges and timers for the 2nd annual Masonic Education competition. He then called upon the following six Brethren to present papers. Unless otherwise noted, their subjects were "James Buchanan"

The committee collected the score sheets and retired from the lodge room and tabulated the results. Upon their return, they declared the winner to be Brother Charles J. Perkins PM by a narrow margin.
Oct 9th 1991 Worshipful Master Michael A. Hinds designated the meeting a "Firefighters Night" and presented an interesting and informative paper on the history of fire fighting in general and the United Fire Department of Montrose in Particular. The Worshipful Master recognized those present who are or were volunteer firemen. * Lodge members and 3 visitors were so recognized

April 8th 1992 Brother Warren R. Williams Jr. PM Masonic Education Chairman was called to the East to present The Masonic Education competition. After instructing the 10 judges that had been selected, he introduced the four contestants in the order determined by a random drawing. The contestants and the titles of their papers were:

Ralph Taylor PDDGM who was the only member who has written a paper for the 1993 Masonic Education Competition. Brother Taylor presented a very interesting paper on the 14 Masonic U.S. presidents. This paper will next be entered in the 15th District competition.

Feb 9th 1994 Brother Dieter G. Dauber was recognized and responded. He presented the Worshipful Master with a large framed print of the cover of the new "Friend to Friend" folder. One of these is being given to each Lodge in Pennsylvania by the Grand Lodge.
April 13th 1993 Brother Warren R. Williams Jr. PM Chairman of the Masonic Education Committee outlined the 1994 Masonic Education Competition. An outstanding paper entitled "Why is Freemasonry Important to Pennsylvania and the World Today" was presented by Brother Richard S. Spering PM. This being the only paper submitted it was declared the unanimous winner in Warren Lodge No. 240 and will be advanced to the District Level.
May 11th 1994 Brother Dieter G. Dauber DDGM presented Grand Lodge 50 Year Masonic Service Emblems to Werdon J. Allen, Donald C. Caterson, Francis W. Moger, and the Late Herbert S. Brewster who was eligible for this award prior to his passing.

April 12th 1995 Brother Ronald L. Kaskus the 15th District Masonic Education Chairman to make a presentation to Brother Richard S. Spering PM. Brother Kaskus presented an award to Brother Spering for being the 15th District winner in the 1994 Masonic Education Program.
April 12th 1995 Brother George F. Fair PM and a member of the Masonic Education Committee introduced the 1995 Masonic Education Program participant from Warren Lodge Brother Richard S. Spering PM was the only member presenting a paper. This year the subject was one of the Famous Masons portrayed on the "Friend to Friend" brochure. Brother Spering’s paper was on Soloman and was titled "King Soloman’s temple, Only the Beginning."
