In 1922 The Dessauer block was put up for sale and it was purchased by Warren lodge for the Sum of $12,000.00

The building known as 50 Church St. was erected by Brother Azur Lathrop in 1864. The brick used in its construction were made by Brother James Wheaton of Franklin Township, later the title to the building passed to Brother Moses S. Dessauer.

In 1922 Samuel M. Dessauer a Mason and one of the Executer to the Moses S. Dessauer estate named a special low price to the trustee. The deal was consummated and the title passed to the Lodge the same year.

Jan 9th 1925 at 6:45 PM a 75th Anniversary of Warren Lodge was held at the Hotel Donovan. Approx 150 members of Warren Lodge and their ladies attended. Those attending and speaking were Dr. A.E. Ainey Worshipful Master of the Lodge, and Toastmaster. Also attending was Edwin C. Smith the oldest living member of the Lodge. Among the first members were: E. Richardson, F. Avery, W. Dimock, S.W. Hamilton, J.E. Harver, and Roger S. Searle
